Product Description

Servo motor control can convey tapes simultaneously and avoid

materials damaged.

The first stage : inspects IC surface by manual CCD inspection.

The second stage: inspects IC crack depth by the patented SideView mechanism .

The third stage: inspects IC circuit by microscope.

The forth stage: inspects the empty die by CCD automatically also can detect 1 COLUMN.

The fifth stage: If without IC , the ink will be marked automatically.

The sixth stage: inspects the missing marking .

The seventh stage : the encoding station for controlling motor precision.
